Hello, Im not exactly sure what im actually looking for (technical term wise so hopefully my description will help)

Im looking for a script which will allow me to add a link to a list (hopefully categorised alphabetically, just one list not a whole search engine script, possibly spread over a few pages ie a-e,f-j etc)

when I add a link I want to add the name of the site I am linking to and a small review about that site, when the link is clicked I want to go to a full page description of that site

I was hopeing it could be all done template based so I just fill out one form for the whole site and it automatically does the work (similar to the news scripts where you make a template and add the %add content here1% parts and thats where the content goes on the page

sorry if it sounds a bit vague but ive not coded in uears and its all gone a bit over my head :-/

also a search option and an option for users to add links (which have to be moderated before being added)

I know its a long shot but if u kno anything which can do some of this please tell me

So many members browse this thread and no one bothers to answer. What wrong with these guys. And why don't you just said similar to yahoo? Try searching for link indexing.

Thanks for the reply, but Im not looking for something like yahoo...

I need something just to make one list which is catagorised alphabetically, and when u click a link it goes to a review of that site, not the actual site

for example I am making an online poker databse, I want to list all the online poker sites on my site each with a mini review, and when someone on my sites clicks the link it goes to a full review of the site
