Wow, what is it with people these days? I really hope this was just some kind of joke, because you're only making a fool of yourself.
For those who are interested, I ( Joel Holbert; designer of BidFlux Auction software) took a short leave of absence beginning on May 31st 2004 and arrived home on June 8th 2004. The thread starter above, Mr. Christopher Foust, purchased a copy of BidFlux v1.1 on June 3rd via PayPal while I was away. Approximately six hours later, he began to spew harassing comments across various places on the Internet in hopes of ruining my business due to the simple fact that he had ordered my script while I was away. Not only that, but he also filed complaints with PayPal within days. On the night of June 8th when I arrived home I reviewed the orders to find that there was a new complaint filed as well as a charge back. After trying to contact Mr. Foust the next morning I had only received threats via email to refund his money or my business would be ruined.
I then simply replied that there is absolutely no problem with sending a refund due to the fact that the client had yet to receive the files and then immediately sent a refund via his choice of payment processor, PayPal. I then tried to describe the scenario for the past week and inform him of the fact that I was simply unavailable to complete the transaction. I have yet to hear back from Mr. Foust after sending him a refund on June 9th (the day after I arrived home).
If anyone sees where I did anything wrong, please point it out. Thanks...
As for Mr. Foust, if you have anything at all to back up your false accusations, please do so. I really don't see how you could make any bigger of a fool out of yourself the way it is.
