Lightbulb looking for a good cms

hi,
for my homepage http://www.bergwaerts.at i look for a good cms that is easy to use (of course ) . my knowledge is dreamweaver and only very little php and mysql.

if the system would include a guestbook, newsletter and calender service or if these would at least be able to add from third party - that would be great. any recommendations?

THX Joe

a CMS can't include a guestbook etc. a cms is a content management system.. which basically it's a fancy word for an html editor

try searching for SPAW it's a very good editor.

You could use php nuke or post nuke. They have ability to have addons and I'm sure theres guestbook, calender, etc. addons.

when going for one of the nukes, I'd advise to use postNuke instead of phpNuke

but if you don't need fancy registration systems etc for your visitors, you could easily install seperate applications as well.

I prefer mambo. It's not as robust as post nuke. It is easier to manage

Hello.
Could't you please answer a few questions:
1) What a CMS is better in your opinion: e107 or mambo?
2) Don't you think folks that your websites look one like another if you use a CMS?
3) Do I really need a CMS if my site has only a few pages like an online diary, guestbook and a forum? Or I better use a pair of scripts as newsmanager and like this?
Thank you for help.
