How do i create a visual basic code on excel 2003 that moves data?

Im a visual basic newbie. I have created a form on visual basic and need to word a code that will move the information from various text boxes that a user has filled in, into the excel spreadsheet. Then clear the form and allow the user to repeat the process, so building a database of information. Any help people?
Ive looked at various sites but im struggling big time.
