In my whm, when I try to create a new account under "Account Functions" I get this error:

Unable to find an ip address

In the "Ip Address (only for new ip-based accounts)" combo box there are no IP address..

can someone please tell me how to add IPs in the combo box?

Just a guess, but the Ip check box [] probably needs to be checked to get it to assign an ip address to a new account. If it still does not work, it is possible that you don't have a pool of ip address that can be assigned. Basically that this resource does not exist for your hosting package.

Please see the screenshot included in my first post, there are NO Ips in the list....

I did look at the screen shot, that is how I know it has an Ip checkbox.

Leave it as it is. The server will use the default shared ip when setting up the account.
