[SlaveDriver]

Hi folks,

Recently baught a new server and set up apache myself,
now for some reason every minute or so a NEW https service starts and it will reach about 600 and then i will have to restart apache, which brings it back down to about 3-4

My question is WHY is it doing this and how do i stop it?

thanks for any help guys, my new server is used for downloading large files, if that helps
