Redirects for variable database ID's

Hi

I need a redirect for ID items from a database and I'm guessing that htaccess redirects would be best.

I need to redirect:

http://domain.com/Directory/search/d...sp?BusID=XXXXX
to
http://domain.com/component/option,c...XXX/Itemid,32/

where XXXX is a variable ID number.

Can anyone help with this please?
