Post subject: Emails not being delivered - spam blocking?

Some have complained that emails they send to us are bouncing back as undeliverable. Since I don't have the exact error messages, it's hard to figure out why. Since this only happens with a few who have never emailed us before, I'm wondering if there is something to do with webmasters.com spam policies. Does webmasters.com blacklist blocks of IP addresses (or use a service like spamcop) causing emails to be rejected at the SMTP protocol level?
