ASP runs like total crap on Apache. Get a windows server with IIS.

There are a few implementations of ASP on Apache. None of them are very good.
If it's something with vb-like syntax you want, you might want to consider Shorthand. It's easy for asp people to pick up, and it runs on Apache and IIS natively. I like it a lot, but I'm biased
