Hello ,
came back here after quite some time .. well lets get to the point

I have been hosting my own server for lots of years by now .. I am on a dynamic IP and it works fine (strange,but hosting of my own machine is the hobby here) .. have been running mail server before with no issue ..but
ISSUE is now dynamic ip's can not send mails using there own mail server(all dynamic ip ranges are just blacklisted)
so i bought a windows starter package hosting which allowed relay ...

after setting that up i found out that relay can still not happen (HERE)


So what to do ? any workaround to get through i am sure many people must have done something regarding this issue

if your ISP dynamic IP is being blacklisted you will have some hard time getting through this. Why not sign up for a Windows VPS and it will just your issue solve? there are some good providers will like - $10 to $20 ranges for your usage - I assume it's not high.
