Hello,

I recently put together the site http://www.myworksearch.net as a resource site focusing on job, interview and negotiation resources. I recently went through a job search and there were so many sites but little info whether other people found them useful or not. Also, my site pulls in (via RSS) employment headline news and there is a job search page too.

Any and all feedback is much appreciated. Now that is it built, I need to figure out how to build up the traffic...any suggesstions???
