Rate my new site (been making it for the last 11 days)

Please rate it, i have been making it since wednesday (not last one but the one before) also if it doesn't work from time to time that is because i am in the middle of switching hosts.
It has only just begun and there is still alot more i want to do.
Also i know its not valid html, but thats my dodgey coding.... sorry.
Well what do you think?
And tell me what needs changing or what needs adding.
Its a very small design ur on the borderline to being to small i guess its ok. The title needs to be changed from index. I love the music thing dammm. Overall good site simple layout ill take more thorogh look at site later that other site review wore me out
sorry about that, i just switched host and i had to wait 24 hours for the DNS to be reset, or something like that... well anywho's it's back up now... although i have loast my sql tables in the move so the whole members and register thing no longer works, so don't rate me on that... trying my hardest to get it fixed :-)
or what needs adding.
