Unhappy Lookers, but no takers

I've spotted a serious trend on this forum.

Look at the number of views, versus the number of replies.
I had 45 views of my post, 10 visits to my site and not one reply.

What's up guys

I know its not only me. Look at the other posts!

This could be a really meaningful forum. But you've got to reply.
If it was your website being reviewed you would feel the same way.

POST SOMETHING!

It's okay if you don't like the site, but say so.
Constructive criticism goes a long way in improving our site content and functionality.

Good-looking site. Was unable to review deeper because my IE have graphics seted off (to lower traffic), so only thing I can point on - you need to describe links in "alt" or "title" tags for people like me.

This is minor, but... on your main top nav buttons, they look like pull down menus to me, and I hover over them waiting for the pull down menus that never come. Perhaps you could add some simple rollover effect to visually clue me in to the fact that I am on an active nav link (like change the text to black or something).

Also, on your "Search" page, the content area on the right is hot pink, making the red "Search Profiles" graphic header look bad. I think this was probably supposed to be a white background (I'm in IE6).
