managing absences of employeers

I want to create a website whish managing absences of empoyeers, for an industruel company, but I dont idea about the interface that I will be choose, also about fildes whish I can intruduce them in my Form!

Who can tell me, please, if it find a software that manipulate this work, to download him for free. I think that will help me to have more idea
