Some comments :

Nice layout and I like the colours.

All the links seem to work.

Plenty of information.

You do not have any page titles apart from "Page Title"

I would have liked it if I could select your photos for larger versions.

This image is a bit hard to make out HKGear-117x73.jpg

On the "How to Get Here" here page you have an image behind the navigation which you do not on all the other pages - I prefered it without the image.

On the home page the "About the apartment" does not fit in the navigation box.

On the about the apartment page the navigation does not fit in the box; looks like double line spacing ?

There is another image behind the navigation on about the area and it seems a bit squashed down in the width.

I would have included the same navigation on the payments page rather than have the two links; or is the navigation behind the image as I can see part of the navigation box there.

I would turn off the IE image popup box as I think it detracts from the page when it pops up. Its strange as it only apears for orangeSquareGrayBuildings.gif and not the other images on the page !

Can you do something about the way the main part of the page aligns to the left when the page is loading then centers itself ?

Seems to take longer to load in firefox than IE.

Firefox says there are 66 warnings on your index page, some of these may be due to a missing <!DOCTYPE> declaration.

As I say I like the layout and colours and my comments do not really effect the site but they are things I would sort if I could.

Anthony

I like the colors, nice layout(atho it is a little cramped!), the picture in the header is alittle hard to read, your box around your navigation need to be alittle larger so that all of the text fits, and the pages need titles! I also noticed that some of the content screws up the whole site, like on the Abouttheapartment.html, notice how the navigation is messed. Also nice apartment!

Thanks all, I'll turn them onto everything suggested. If there is anything else you notice, feel free to flame/suggest/etc. Thanks again.

You must take your time planning your spacing. If people feel that your site was rushed they will also get the impression that your business is run the same way.

Talking Welcome to Hell!

Frankly, the domain name itself is an eye grabber!

Once I got past the domain name, I delved into your web site. I found the spacing and the coloring might be the two things you may want to look into, to make your web site even better.

Perhaps more space around the menu, the images and the text areas accompanied by more engaging colors that feel "real estate-like" (I'm not sure what those colors would be, though)... have you looked into having a white background with tinted zones at the top and the bottom?

The content of the site, for its part, is excellent. I actually learned new things even though I'm not planning on buying a house in Hell's Kitchen

Continue the good work!

I think the payment thing looks unsafe, I would put that with a button instead of the way it is now. It would look way more safe, and more like a part of your site as well. Tim
