I just checked your site and found that you are using an unique concept here. Great work in the design and the professional looking. By google I think you want to mean the text link ad that we get from Google Adsense. I think your site is similar to linkreferral kind of site.
In the front page you are showing a very large Avatar of the featured member which doesn't look good with the design. Try changing that. Otherwise the design is good.
