My Congratulation.
Use proper page TITLEs on every pages. There are no page titles in your site pages. This will affect on your search engine ranking.

Hi,
looks nice dude. Few more things on the search engine ranking.
Next to title, add description tags and keywords:
Code:
<meta name="description" content="You description here">
<meta name="keywords" content="keywords, max, 20, don't, repeat, same, words, snake, snakes, those, are, different, so, ok">
<meta name="robots" content="index, follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="1 days">
<title>Your title here</title>
Also because you redirect from an index to jagpondro.php your ranking will drop. Any automated redirects are often not picked up by search engine spiders (they will sometimes never follow the redirect).
And remove the not allowing rightclick if you ask me
It's just annoying for people who use rightclick a lot for stuff like printing, bookmarking etc. And it won't prevent ppl from taking your source as I prove below
Code:
<head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
<script language="JavaScript1.2" src="text.js"></script>
</head>
<body>
<script language="JavaScript" src="click.js"></script>

<table class="sample">

<table border="0">
<tr><td class="story">
<div style="text-indent: 1cm">In January of 2005, we purchased a single 2004 female 50% Carpondro from Chris Rouille. Her parents were a male melanistic West Papuan Carpet and a female Sorong Gree Tree Python. This was the first known successful Carpondro reproduction using a female Green Tree Python. We named her "Chimaera". As she grew, she changed into a very dark, uniquely colored python in comparison to any West Papuan Carpet Python or Green Tree Python for that matter.</div>
<div style="text-indent: 1cm">By 2007, she had become a petite young adult but we had no inclination to attempt to breed her yet. Despite no contact with any male python, she decided to warm up a bit and lay a clutch of 11 eggs. She maternally incubated them for a couple of weeks until we got a closer look at them and discovered all of the eggs were actually infertile. But she sure tried hard to make them hatch! Then in 2008, we made our first attempt to breed her to a Green Tree Python but he came down with the sniffles early on and was quickly retired for the breeding season. So we took a shot at leaving her overnight a very young male 25% Diamond x Coastal Jaguar Carpet Python we had hatched in 2006 that at the time was aptly named "Oreo". Though he had never bred before, he was discovered to be breeding Chimaera the very next morning after his introduction to her cage. Needless to say, I was giggling at the sight of it and I had to see more! So thus began the long Winter affair between these two exotic lovers. They were witnessed copulating over 20 times before I stopped even bothering to document it anymore. Then on 2/15/08 she deposited a total of 13 eggs. All we saw were nice white eggs so we danced for a moment and left her alone with the eggs for a couple of weeks. Then upon doing a closer inspection we discovered a better outcome than expected ... 12 fertile eggs and a single infertile egg in the very center of the mass of fertile eggs. We checked in on her and the eggs every week or so until the big day arrived on 4/12/08 when we discovered the very first Jaguar Carpondro peeking out of an egg! Ultimately, we hatched 4 "Jagpondros" and 7 normal sibling Carpondros. One of the Jagpondros sadly passed away the next day. It was a stunning lime green and maroon specimen.</div>
<div style="text-indent: 1cm">This was the first breeding of the Jaguar trait into GTP blood. It was the second successful breeding of a Carpet to a Carpondro and the third successful breeding of any Carpondro in general. The basic breakdown of the Morelia genetics involved with these offspring are 25% Sorong Green Tree Python, 12.5% Diamond Python, 25% West Papuan Carpet, and 37.5% Coastal Carpet. Below are individual pages of the parents and the individual offspring that were produced. These pages will be updated as more pics become available.</div>

I'd like to offer that if you break up the large block of text in some way it would be more enjoyable to read. Pictures within the text or just some spacing between paragraphs. Just a thought.

Disabling the right clicking is moreso to protect the images on the site. True there's no way to completely protect them, but you can filter out the ppl that steal pics by right clicking on them. Now the person must understand html in order to get them. If anybody has ideas towards protecting images please tell, I like to focus on image security as stealing pics is rather common in the world of online reptiles.

It looks nice except I find the Banner text to be a little difficult to read and a little awkward.

Well, disable the right click javascript, and use Lightbox, if they click on it, it'll pop up, However, if they click on it while it's popped up, it just minimizes.

Nice work, You can also improve the design with some changes, like use categories
in Navigation or Left side bar. Use some blocks for Text.

Unless I'm missing something, I thought you can right click on lightbox pop-up image and save it.
Back to image protection, I'm thinking one may be able to combine picture with a script-like control on the server, send it over as one piece, and the script would be responsible for showing the image. I haven't tried it though.
