It took a couple of moments to load and there was a big white space while it loaded... Perhaps you want a 'please wait loading...' message in there until it has?

Hmm, just looked on your portfolio page and noticed the images are not great quality... Also the text isn't quite wrapping right... Looks like the 'view all' link is absolutely positioned, which is making it appear on top of the main text.
On your about page, I would consider changing the link colour from the default blue. Also which person are you in the picture on that page? If you are the blonde girl then that's fantastic, but if that's a stock image it might perhaps be better if it was a real one of you and your team?
Just my opinions of course.
