Developing on Microsoft's Technologies

Microsoft has been putting a lot of efforts into promoting their web development platforms. A few months ago, they launched the Microsoft WebPlatform Installer followed by their Web Application Gallery. Recently, they've rolled out their WebsiteSpark program whereby which companies are entitled for free development tools, support and training.

Do you develop using MS tools or develop on the MS platform?
