hi all.

plz, could u advise me about a program or new method to implement new style for forms

in visual studio (windows applications).

You may want to look into using WPF instead of WinForms. WPF provides built-in capabilities for styling the user interface, much like CSS is used to style HTML. Check out MSDN for more info:
