Anyone have a step by step manual for creating a Microsoft Internet Explorer Toolbar Plugin for my website, available for members to download and install it on their browsers.

I'm using Visual Basic.NET.

Found this .NET Add-on called "Add-in Express" that makes possible with ease:

Create Internet Explorer add-on, IE toolbar & context menu - C#, VB.NET, C++
