Why isn't my Premium listing appearing at the top of its category?

Premium status of a listing does not place it at the top of its category. Making your listing Premium is a way to make it stand out by adding the Premium icon, yellow background, and the screen shots. Only sponsored listings are guaranteed a spot in the top eight of their category.
