jove4015 is right, STAY AWAY FROM 12all by all means!! I've been using 12all for two years and I had all the time in the world to get myself convinced about this. Every update they release (and they do this much too often) is a lottery: is my software going to work or not? And usually it doesn't... It appears they lack a testing department. This software is just plain dangerous. We've been using it for a few months, went to send out a new newsletter. There was nothing but the newest newsletter in the queue, but all the sudden it just starts sending out all these really old e-mails to all our clients. Very embarrassing, we will never use this company's software again!

One of the features of the script is to be able to send out to multiple mailing lists. This feature is now somehow broken in my installation. When I contacted support, they said that they were aware of the issue, and were working on a fix for the next release. Thing is, you need to have a paid support plan in order to get that next release if/when it comes out. Anyone have suggestions for a similar product with a friendlier company behind it?

I was sorely disappointed with this script. It had as many bugs (if not more) than I expect to see in a free script. They should really have kept this as a freeware script until it had been refined - this was a waste of money, and I wound up going back to a free perl version to save myselof the headaches

I agree with the previous review; the old versions were great, but the newest interface is really bad. It is very hard to figure out, and requires many more clicks than the previous version to get anywhere. The good news is that all the awesome functionality is still there, but overall I am disappointed and searching for something to replace this product.

And the support is rerally poor. They used to have decent software, but in the last 2 months they have gone down the drain and lots of complaints on their BBS. I wish I had retained an older version of the software :-<

Very usefriendly and extremely easy to install and run. Took a couple minutes for my staff to be familiar with the software. Very useful and advanced features, and fast service & support. Definately 5 stars!

12All, not so good software. On their website, it is mentioned that lots of features are included. Yes, that's true; but; they are not well developed, designed and integrated. Also, 12All fails sending to huge lists. I sent two contact requests but still not received any response (5 days passed. Are they on vacation?). The ONLY benefit of this software is it's price. Very cheap. But will it fit my needs? No. I need to search more professional solutions. Anyway, thanks guys but you failed.

I am more than pleased with the results of using this script. Many scripts I have used in the past were over priced and/or missing features, and not user friendly. 1-2-ALL did not let me down a bit. Top of the line script and service. The sending process is robust but at the same time contrary to other scripts on the market, the software is extremely user friendly allowing my clients to learn and use it with ease. I highly reccomend this script as do my clients whom I have purchased copies for.

The site looks good and the features look even better. However, I purchased the script and only received confirmation. I didn't get the software. After two emails to the site, I've had no response. A very dissapointing experience overall.

Rarely will I commend a script, however 12all has by far met and exceeded my expectations. Having a list of around 57 k subscribers I need a script that will handle my list size and give me more options to be able to manage and control my list. Customer service is amazing. Most of my questions both sales and support were answered within hours if not minutes!! Once I ordered I was able to start immediately. Their web based setup was as simple as can be and I was up and running in no time. One of the greatest areas for myself is the link tracking and the tracking of the opens. Not only am I able to see the time date and who clicked on the link or opened the e-mail but I am able to even create a list with the click of a button based on the results. That along with their “sending filters” gives me more control than I could have even expected. Sending works in the background so I click on send and can even turn off my computer. All I have to say is congrats to the guys behind 12all and I am definitely glad that I made the right choice.

Throughout the past I have tried my share of both free and commercial mailing list scripts, however no other script did so much with no problems at all!! Setup was a breeze and I was soon importing my list. The price cannot be beat for the amount of features that this software offers. I am using this software on several clients’ sites and plan to use it even more in the future. I highly recommend 12all as it has done more than I could have asked for.

I have gone through many free and commercial scripts before and none compare to 1-2-ALL. The wealth of features and ease of use it yet to be met.
