This listings system installs easily (upload and Go!) and using it is even easier. 20/20 Real Estate is a full featured web site add-in designed for small to medium sized real estate brokerages or individual agents. The product can be customized to match your own web site design and special options enable you to configure the application to meet the needs of your business model. Manage your inventory of houses, apartments, condos, villas, and more. The database is managed entirely online through easy-to-use forms and web pages. It is well suited for residential and commercial, or vacation and resort properties, or lease and rental markets, or FSBO (for sale by owner) classified sites. The product comes complete with advanced features such as a powerful search engine, mortgage calculators, virtual tour links, printable brochure pages, MapQuest, upload unlimited photos or documents, "send a link to a friend", and extra plugins are available for agent search, featured listings, and more.

    This software almost sets itself up. I have been working with the Internet since 1997 and haven't ever seen software for the web that is easier to use. I had it setup in less than 5 minutes, and was loading my properties in less than 10 minutes.

    This is an excellent package for displaying properties for sale. Not only does it work very smoothly, but it presents properties in a very attractive way. I researched several programs like this and not only was 20/20 Realtor the most feature-rich and attractive, but it was also the least expensive. A rare combination indeed. I highly recommended these scripts.
