29FIVE Helpdesk

A complete helpdesk system that allows you to track and maintain support tickets as well as maintain your clients and their contact information. Includes an administrative web interface and a client interface. Uses a web interface that runs on PHP and MySQL. The interface is designed using Adobe Flash for a quick, application like feel. The 29FIVE Helpdesk also has module add-ons that include the ability to keep inventory of your hardware and software, a support chat system, and an Internet radio. 29FIVE Designs also offers a software plug-in to be installed on any computer or portable device that allows you to access the Helpdesk without using the web interface.
