    Program works OK for creating basic PHP form for inserting text into MySQL db, but I could not get it work to upload a file to the folder specified on the page. It always uploaded the file another directory. No replies to my emails asking for help. Should have asked PayPal for a refund. Surprised Ends Design now asking $20 for it (I paid $5). Waste of time (lots!) & money. Would *not* recommend.
