ADP Forum is a discussion board system that doesn't use any database, but instead stores all the data in txt files. The forum is highly customizable, you can easily edit: colours, fonts, icons. There is a detailed readme file that explains how to install. It features: user authentication, member ratings, avatars, configuration panel, administration, email notifications, smiley option, edit and delete options. Languages available: English, Italian, French, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Finnish, Norwegian, Slovakian, Bosnian.

    Even though the comments and many of the variable names are in Italian, I found this incredibly easy to configure and install. It ran flawlessly right from the get-go. If you're like me and stuck without a database ... or maybe even if you have one anyway ... this is an excellent piece of work and I'd recommend it to anyone. Kudos!
