• NOR Recoment to use AJ square services

  We want to just make attention on those who going to buy scripts or other services from AJ Square. Our experience with AJ Square is NEGATIVE: paid a big amount of money for unfinished and unsatisfied result. We do not believe to AJ Square anymore. They promised to finish order (AJ auction customization) within 2 years but after this time period is elapsed they asked for more money. This story was begun in 2008 when we decided to make a business using AJ auction script offered from AJ Square. On the website was a good offer, also they offered a customization. Ofcource they had a standard version with one language and some Credit Card pay links. But for us was needed to build multilingual website in 3 languages and pay link for local banks. After we confirmed what customization we need they sent us an invoice with total amount with customization. Amount was about 3 000 EUR. 80% they wanted before building site, 20% after when customizations are ready but will not upload to server until they get last 20%. It was bad idea to transfer money before we got our ordered website. Before AJSquare we were trying to ask many developers about our customizations what we need but most of them was discarded our offer because of difficulty. But AJ Square answered YES even in chat, not much asking details. We were agree and ordered. After 2 month we got a message that our AJ auction with customization is ready and we need to get a server for upload. There was some of system requirements for AJ auction: PHP 5.3 or higher. At these dates the PHP 5.3 was in alpha, so it was strange that they builted a script on PHP version what even not released yet. We found some VPS server who was agree to install PHP 5.3. (Some time ago it was clear that AJ auction is not working properly on PHP 5.3 but working on PHP 5.2 and it was a just a hook to order webhosting from them) After when we said that our server is ready for uploading AJ Square has uploaded our ordered customized AJ auction. First day we took a first look for what we bought but almost in a moment were visible that some functions what we ordered are missing. Then we wrote an email about that customization is unfinished. (AJ square has an office in UK, but after it was clear that programmers are located in India). We got answer from them that our issues will be fixed. After some time we get an answer that it all fixed and all is working. After few minutes testing we see that functions are not working correctly. After we started to check all the functions of the AJ auction script and there was a lot of bugs and none workable functions. Localization problems and more… Banks pay link what we ordered to integrate into AJ auction was not done absolutely. So far so bad…. It took already 6 months after we paid full amount of money and still our “business” is closed and fixing bugs. We paid for VPS server each month while AJ square programmers were fixing own bugs. Once they fix one thing, it’s 2 another things crashing. It took already 1 year after they said “Site is ready”. We still cannot launch our auction. For get an answer of question or fix something takes whole week and longer. We were some like tester for them, not a customer. We were spending a days for seeking bugs. It already 2 years ago since our customized AJ auction is uploaded and not working. But when we tried to contact them for to finish our paid website they answer that we need to by extra support service for next year, because for the amount what we paid it include 2 years support for free. That is how NEGATIVE we finished our co-partnership with AJ square. Result: Paid 4 500 EUR Fully not functioning website which cannot launch, cannot resell, cannot change the domain for it. Our advice is: DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH AJSQUARE
