AnyMail
A free form mailer which will allow you to receive the results of any form in email. You can use an unlimited number of form fields, and can specify the email address that each form is sent to, as well as the follow-up page that the user is sent to upon submission. Another neat feature is the ability to specify one of the form fields as the subject line. Use as many different forms as you need, all from one script.
