ARCW is CGI script for organizing your own Web-chat with multiple channels, multi-level operators, admin section, and internal help for chatters. Key features include: Support puplic and private messages, System keeps messages sent to user when he is offline so that when user get back to online he'll can read it, Users can create own channels and set permissions (public or private), Users can use many commands as from command line (IRC Style) and using GUI, Admin can assing operators to channels, Guest login, Users-online list, Operators can broadcast images and links, "Spy" function for admin in invisible mode, and more.
