install was easy - if you know to create a MySql database and a user before you start. Found that some of the code calls other php pages using mixed case names when they were all lowercase on the server (i.e. when pulling up the customersupport.php page the refering page link is to Customersupport.php). Next to no documentation. After a 1/2 hour of fixing code and still not knowing how to start a chat, I shelved it.

A simple look at their website immediately says the script isn't worth it. Of course that some may say "It's free", but you can find much better options for free! This one's a NO-NO: it won't impress your customers for sure...
