I've been using Bigstep for my 2 websites and have found it extremely easy to use. I had absolutely no computer skills and was able to build my website. Yes, it took many hours of hard work but the result was a good website that I have total control over. The cost of building my own website is priceless. The support at Bigstep was very good. I received answers to my questions promptly. I like the option of if you want Bigstep to build your pages without knowing HTML they will and as you progess with your learning you can do your own pages. It fits well with all computer abilities. Like anything worthwhile you must be ready to devote time in deloping your site. But the payoff will be worth it! I found Bigstep easy to use and navigate. I'd recommend it to anyone starting out or with a little bit of website knowledge.
