Maybe the least ads you can get, just a small Google text ad. Also you can get any theme, logo, language installed (not just pre-installed ones) as well as avatar packs, smiles and rank images. Provides techical support via support forums and email. Response time is about 8-10 hours. The server is fast and the uptime very good.

Boardsxp is an amazing service that provides free forums using the phpBB software. Tech support is fast, descriptive and very helpful. The software is well organized, there are many themes, images and downloads available for free, and there are hardly any ads at all, which is amazing for a free service. There are only two ads: one provided by google, the other a small text link at the bottom of the page. Also, there is an unlimited number of users, messages, and bandwidth; even for free. Overall, an amazing site; well organized, and the support is instaneous and extremely helpful.
