They have a non-commercial personal version for cheap now too which offers a much better opportunity to try things out before you spring for the extra bells and whistles. Support is A rated as well via email and very helpful.

I have bin using Cast-Control for a while and it is the best i have ewer use. If yoiu need somthang like that just use Cast-Control.

This particular piece of software is a modern day marvel as not only do our clients benefit from having complete control over their streams but our support staff is saved hours of time-consuming work as well. With our CastControl implementation administrating hundreds of Shoutcast streams simultaneously, you can bet on it being a reliable and scalable application. So much time and effort has gone into the development of CastControl that we almost feel bad for paying such a minimal price for it!

If you are at all looking to put together a professional and quality SHOUTcast hosting service, then forget this piece of software. The software is maintained and developed by a couple of teenagers as an after school project of sorts. The software is unbearably buggy, unstable and has several security holes. If you care about the service you provide to your SHOUTcast clients, then AVOID this piece of software.

I have been looking for a script that will allow me to host / create & manage SHOUTcast server for some time now. I came across Cast-Control one day when it was still in its original stages. Since then, Cast-Control has grown into much better things, Now comes with a complete admin panel to add funds to your members accounts. Cast-Control strives to bring you quality, I agree, Cast-Control is the ultimate SHOUTcast management script.
As noted above, our software is developed and maintained by a team of 4+ year programmers with much experience with previous software. The early releases that were still open-sourced did have a few problems and one notable security hole, but we have fixed and secured all known issues within cast-control and as of 1.4.2.8 it is very much a stable control panel. We offer a 10 day free trial which includes a free installation by our support staff, i urge you to try the software for yourself.
