I set up both Censura and Five Star Review. Censura has more features, e.g., you can set up several questions ("overall satisfaction," "value for the price," "durability"). However, Censura has no way for users to register themselves. The administrator has to enter each user. Otherwise the users can only post anonymous reviews. The documentation says that you set up vBulletin, have your users register for the bulletin board, then have Censura access that database. That's too complicated.

Censura is a nice piece of software and has great potential, and considering there isn't much out there in the way of review software, this would be at the top of my list. However, that being said, development of this software is verrrrrry slow. Additionally, support for it is hard to come by. I gave Censura the benefit of the doubt in hoping development would move forward faster, but after a year of waiting for a simple converter, I have decided to abandon using Censura for my site. Like I said, it has great possibilities and potential, but the development and support just isn't there.

Crowded with TOP SITES like software I spend something like a month searching for any chunk of code being able to rate something else than sites. Found 5, 3 of them were damaged enough to fail all trial to install them. 1 after installation simply turned to be another top site engine, simply without any documentation... Censura right from installation was one big and nice surprise. Working, crowded with options, easy to admin, easy end-user interface... Today I manage over 10.000 reviews and +2000 items on my site - and have never been thinking there is any script simply for 99 bucks doing the job of 10.000 bucks software. Excluding Censura :)
