Cliff's Message Board
Supports multiple forums which can be set to allow anonymous posting, require name, require e-mail, or both. Allows user to add little icons that signify the mood of a message and background music that you specify. E-mails responses to the original author. Lets you easily add and remove forums, messages, icons, and music from an administrative page. Optionally locks out HTML.
