ComicCMS is a set of php scripts that can set up and manage a webcomic site, with news, without the need for mysql! Either just the webcomicy bit or you can even manage your entire site from it. Everything you need can be done from the admin panel on your site. ComicCMS has a small install script that will download, install and configure ComicCMS itself!
