    We have just completed developing a content management system for a City Government intranet/web site using CommonSpot. We found the tool to be powerful, fairly well supported and most importantly for our diverse client range, flexible. With it's hierachical structure (uses template scenario) we found it very quick to develop standard pages that the specific categories of content would be built on. We had quite a lot of dialogue with PaperThin who were of great assistance during our initial development.
