Contact Database Enhanced

This is an enhanced version of "Contact Database" script. It includes all the features and benefits of "Contact Database" plus you can set up a list of multiple email addresses (ie. webmaster, sales, info, support, etc.) and allow users to choose which person/address to send email. You can also create a list of email subjects for users to choose from.
