CPSafe

Using a combination of shell scripts and cron, CPSafe allows you to automatically backup all your CPanel-managed sites and offload them to an FTP server. Unlike other similar solutions, CPSafe does not require you to enable backups within CPanel. CPSafe utilizes the CPanel web interface and wget to generate the backup files on the fly -- this saves tons of disk space versus storing daily cpanel backups on your server.
