It is always a pleasure to work with someone that promptly gets back to you. The script is good and Lisa responses to email are fast and great. This company will defitelly grow. Purchase with confidence. I work with several different providers, they stand from the crowd.

After installing (Super easy and quick.) It became very quickly obvious that this software could compete with anything out there in both functionality and ease of use not mention at fraction of the cost. The customer service up to press has been second to none! I needed quite a few small updates on the software to make it fully compatible for UK users emailed the CEO (Lisa) with my requests and within the hour she had done them. GREAT work Lisa.
Stop searching .. This is it !

After searching for quite a while for a "decent" FSBO software program, I ran across Costa Pacific. After emailing back and forth with their CEO I decided to buy the full blow, on my server edition ( which is $350 US ). After Installing it ( which took me, a non server professional, about 10 mins ) I realized that this software will compete with anything out there in both functionality and ease of use. Not to mention the customer service ROCKS !
I needed a small update on the software to add an open house function and low and behold the CEO ( Lisa ) had one to me within 24 hours.
Keep up the good, actually GREAT work folks !!

What can I really say but WOW! I had a hard time picking out what realtor software to use. I emailed about the software asking questions and they replied back saying it did everything I wanted it to do and at first I was like this is to good to be true but I was very wrong. I bought the package and it did WAY MORE then I expected and it is so well organized and just a very Powerful Program. Another thing the Staff is Very nice and friendly and wants you to do well in your site and wants it to be on top. I give CptRealty an A+ and I recommend it for anyone looking for a good realtor software... Thanks Costa Pacific

This is the most thought out, versatile, and fully functional, complete scripts I have come across in a while. Very professional. I highly recommend this one. Great admin with many options - easy to work with - good support - available customization - give this one a try!
