I strongly suggest you develop this part of your website as a module, otherwise you'll be tied to a particular implementation when you decide to make changes (and trust me - you'll make the changes!!

    I can remember the first time I tried to create a user validation / registration form and the frustration that I had. Now going back and refreshing my memory this was exactly what I needed. Straight to the point and excellently written so that developers from novice to expert can read and implement within seconds. Great Work.
