Customers Care is an Advanced customer management system and a Powerful Marketing tool. It allows you to manage/track your users/customers in a very flexible way. It features: keep track of your visitors, create mailing lists/ newsletters, send semiautomatic news an X amount of days after download or registration, know who has downloaded what in which category, and who has purchased what. Works with both MS Access and SQL server.

    The download link leads to "demo". The demo section has little to no information. The "Admin" login and password "sa" doesn't lead you to anywhere. Hence the Demo doesn't work either. So what do we got here: 1. false advertising on the "free" download and 2. A free "demo" that doesn't work. Yeah, I am willing to give them my $100 to test this product...
