Dr. Snap's 3D PHP File Form-Mailer is packed with goodies. Powered by a unique lightweight combination of PHP & Javascript, it allows your visitors to send you files, sends an HTML auto-responder, then redirects to any URL of your choice. It also identifies senders IP address and includes an optional open-source javascript form field checker and first field focus. The HTML of the auto-responder is fully customizable and the forms drop shadow is transparent, so it will overlay pattern backgrounds nicely. A sweet plug-n-play package!
