I've found the product really great. I initially had a few minor problems when I first installed it but the support from the guys at Uniwin has been excellent and they made the changes I requested really quickly. It's a far better product than the one we previously used that cost about four times the price and gave me nothing but trouble. Being ASP based with source code made it really straightforward to add any additional features, though to be honest all I've really done to date is changed the look of the pages. The rest of the items I had on my wish list have already been implemented by Uniwin into the product, which made my life a lot easier! I set the shop up myself. You don't need to have ASP coding experience to get it going unless you want to modify the operational side of the shop. But it's great to have the option of changing the code if you want to! Now I have a shop that isn't going to be limited to the features the publisher decides on. Unlike other shopping cart systems I've tried, the shop actually looks good straight out of the box, there's no need to do a complete redesign unless you want to. The order processing workflow is really good, you don't need to be a computer expert to drive it, our shop staff are finding it really easy to work with. I can't recommend this product enough.
