    edat cat is like a tool that allows you the flexibility to easily create the type of site you want. With it's use of shortcuts, it makes design (and the addition of other features) a no-brainer. You have full access to the scripts and can easily modify them, and many users have already posted modifications to the scripts. The only downside I think this software has is it's limitations in shipping options. It does not allow the user to make their own rate chart, although that can be accomplished with having your own rate lookup script. It's really great software and I love the flexibility it gives you without requiring you to adjust any of the code.
