Elvin

Elvin is written in PHP and uses MySQL as its database storage engine, The software is designed to be fast, stable and secure. The software includes advanced query system, relationship management, email notification system as well as update bug comments from email, file attachments (direct to database). The system has a simple to edit template system consisting of CSS and header/footer files. You can specify if the system is a public (only requires login for updating bugs or entering bugs) server or private (requireing user login whatever). Elvin has been designed to be simular to that of Bugzilla but without the complex installation, Elvin comes with a nice and simple GUI installer so you can have Elvin installed in a few minutes.
