eXupport is a web-based ICQ-enabled online live instant messaging system especially developed for customer instant online care. eXupport has a built-in ICQ dispatcher program which redirects the messages from your site(your customers) to your ICQ and back to clients. As for support operator, it simplifies the process of the incoming messages tracking. You don't have to install and adapt to additional exotic IM messenger or a web-based chat system in browser (which is hard to keep in mind) - all you have to have is ICQ client you had before - just receive the instant questions and reply right in place.
