FlatFileCounter
FlatFileCounter is a simple counter script that counts visits on a website and logs IP addresses in a flat file. IPs are stored with the timestamp (time when a specific IP runs the script) in order to avoid double counting within a specific time (you can set the IPs' expiring time to whatever you want)
