This company offers a free shopping cart, but beware the only way to get the free cart is if you lease their gateway sertices ($299.00/year).

I was skeptical of their claims, that is, until I tried their demo, and saw for myself: This Cart is completely Cookie Free! Got a customer who has turned off his cookies in his browser? Nothing to worry about with the Cart, it takes orders with/or without your cookies being enabled. Next, I checked out their second biggest claim-Real-Time UPS rates Again, this feature worked flawlessly! They've got another killer feature called Impulse Buying. It features scrolling link text headed by a cute little "Need One?" graphic that lets you pitch another product when your customer puts an item in the Cart. The message appears under the Cart, and I couldn't resist trying the links. The overall look of the Cart is the best and most professional that I've ever seen. To sum it up- It makes a lot of claims, and backs them up in a stunning fashion!
